    Great video, really enjoying this series.

    Not a fan of forward lunges really too much either. Prefer other variations, like walking.

    I’m loving the monday minute…quick, to the point, and no nonsense.

    I love the reverse lunge, especially when it is integrated with the slide board. Now that is a good kind of soreness the next day.

    Awesome. I’m gonna try these instead of normal lunges. I have trouble with them, so maybe this exercise will be better to compliment squats and stiff–legged deadlifts.

    BTW, would there be any chance of getting you, Eric, to do a short email interview of about 10 questions for a blog for skinny guys gaining muscle? It would be wonderful to hear your opinion on training for skinny ectos.

    When i was training as an athlete (10 years ago :|) This was a favorite. Never done with the weights though. I also done the stretches where you hold that position for 5 secs each leg. Hip floxors!
