Is the Glass Half-Empty or Half-Full?

Written on February 3, 2009 at 1:00 pm, by Eric Cressey

Next time you set up to bench press, think about what you ask for:

a. a spot

b. a hand-off

I don’t know about you, but I’m asking for the hand-off, because there’s no way I’m thinking that I’ll need a spot.  How’s that for a thought of the day?

Remember that this is half-full…

Eric, something I was thinking about yesterday during my workout… How can you incorporate this mindset when doing squats?
