Eric – I like your website it always has a lot of information. I am a powerlifter who likes to ride bike. And this spring I intend to do a century ride. So what type of workout do you suggest for a guy training to do a century ride? Most of the training will have to be indoors because it is winter time. Yet, I want to keep doing strength training and not lose a lot of strength. Currently I am doing the Sheiko training program and it is kicking my butt. Any suggestions? Thanks Dan
