First of all, I’m a huge reader of your work and really enjoyed Maximum Strength. I love your blog content, so keep up the good work.
Now, you mention in this article that you treat medial elbow pain with some soft-tissue work of the shoulder and elbow. What methods do you use? You show some soft tissue exercises for the shoulders in Maximum Strength, but not for elbows? What should I be doing for them?
