Self-Ankle Mobilization to Increase Dorsiflexion – Here’s a cool new video Bill Hartman just posted on ankle mobilizations. I’ve used stuff like this in the past on my own ankle and it definitely makes the mobilization more effective.
Thanks Eric, one of my guys has been having ankle issues and he can’t do regular ankle mobilizations because of man sprians so this is perfect and will be put to work asap.

That was a GREAT video, very clear and informative. Does he have other simple mobilization tricks like these on youtube?
