Hey Eric as a chek practitioner and FMS diciple!!! I have an idea about what works and what doesnt.. But I must say your innovative routines and exercises are awesome< i hunger for knowledge all the time trying to push the envelope with all my athletes, your routines and exercises help me sooooo much so cheers for that!!!

Oh my goodness…I am 45 and have been home with the kiddos for 14 years and am just getting back into the health industry…got a degree in Sports and Fitness management , oh, 20 something years ago. I’ve been feeling behind the 8 wheel having been away from personal and group training and your website is a God send. What a great resource for me and others to have to keep our clients safe and motivated. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and passion for health and wellness!
