FUNNY!!
Quality! I will be integrating the Jersey Shore fist pump into my athletes workouts straight away!
That was great! Hilarious! I love your posts, your training philosophy and your approach to functional training. Thanks for all the info Eric!
Awesome. Remember how important soft tissue work is. We’re rollin.
cliched, but extremely well done, almost like they are professional entertainers and film men. A+
Hilarious!
I give it 2 enthusiastic thumbs up, 4 STARS!
Eric, I am a little worried that all of the fist pumping after each set should be periodized in order to decrease the inherant risk for biceps tendonitis and rotator cuff tears…I mean, like you say, safety first!
Holy crap that was hilarious!
Well done, its about time someone had some fun with this industry .. absolutely hilarious , i give it 4 fist pumps!
