About the Author: Eric Cressey

Cressey Sports Performance – Florida is looking for the newest member of our team: an Office Manager.

This full-time, salaried position (with benefits) is a forward-facing role that interacts with every member of the CSP Family, from clients to staff. This role is heavily involved in scheduling, billing, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple departments, so strong administrative/organization skills are important – but we will absolutely patiently train the right candidate. Above all, this position requires someone with a friendly smile and engaging personality who likes to interact with people that range from 10-year-old baseball players (and their parents) all the way up to Cy Young award winners and NFL quarterbacks. It’s also pretty cool to wear workout clothes to “work” and have your office attached to a world-class gym you can use for free. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, and would require a regular presence in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:

– Daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of client visits/sessions
– Payment processing
– Answering phone calls and emails
– Work with the business director on short- and long-term strategic initiatives
– Assist in community outreach and coordinating events at CSP
– Be constantly looking for new ideas and ways to help improve the CSP experience for our clients!
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– Engaging personality and warm smile
– Excellent communication and organization skills
– A “can-do” attitude that is willing to put in the work to set a high standard
– Experience with basic Microsoft Office tasks (Excel and Word) and Gmail (both emails and calendar)
– Graphic design experience is preferred, but not mandatory

Applicants can submit resumes and cover letters to CareersatCSP@gmail.com. The deadline for applications is August 10, 2024.

Cressey Sports Performance is an equal opportunity employer.
