    Eric,
    I enjoy your articles and videos. Consider using isotonics when working the rotator cuff. I see many throwing athletes that do their “band” work, but come in with notable weakness at end range ER and horizontal abduction. Bands are nice and portable, but the length-tension curve decreases their effectiveness since it is hardest to move at the athlete’s weakest point.
