Eric, question: How do you adjust this if the athlete lacks the flexibility to open the hips enough to roll all the way into the groin?
Similarly, I know that you guys recommend the lying knee to knee stretch for athletes lacking in hip internal rotation, why do you prefer this over the figure-4 stretch (http://www.exrx.net/Stretches/HipAbductors/SeatedHipInternalRotator.html)? Also, have you had any athletes complaining about discomfort in the medial surface of the knee with the knee-to-knee stretch?
