I’ve had some of my clients to the same exercise, sometimes throwing an uneven pushup in at both sides. I also have them complete the exercise for time instead of repetitions so they are not rushing and keep their form perfect.

Hi Eric. Thanks for posting these video clip exercises. I was in car accident in the spring with resulted in a tibia fracture and out of work for 4 months.

Do you have these exercises on a dvd that I can order?

I also have disc herniation in the lumbar (which was aggreivated by the accident as I was in a brace and crutches) and some cervical herniation in my right shoulder (which is, right now very minimal pain). Thanks. so much for any suggestions. -JC

I have two nephews 17 and 18 (both seniors), both basketball players and the 18 year old is doing cross country for the first time. The 18 year old is very dedicated to strenght training and cardio workouts. Any suggestions for them would be great as well.

    Eric,

I am in Phase IV and unfortunately right now I don’t have a small band for the hand switches any substitute I could use until I get a small band?

    Brian

  6. Eric Cressey Says:

    Brian,

It’s fine to just do them without the band for now.
