Hey Eric,
Good tip. I do both normal and single leg a couple of times week within my mobility/dynamic warm up routine.
Also, I have started doing weighted bridges with a barbell and these are awesome and very tiring!

Come on E’ I rather suffer a life time of back pain and lack performance then look like a simpleton on the ground!!! There has to be a better way.
