    Eric,
    I have limited ankle flexibility and out toe quite a bit. I have tried doing wall ankle mobs, but it puts a lot of strain on my knee. Are there any other options for me or am I doing something wrong?

    Victor,

    Try a rocking ankle mobilization instead. It keeps the knee back while training working on dorsiflexion.
