    Eric the “Solutions to Lifting Problems” is a great article and really hit home with me. I regularly have issues with missing lifts not due to technical flaws, but rather my strength just not being there that day. I really like how you emphasize still getting your work in over 90% and focusing on the assistance exercises. I’ll definitely be using this the next time I have “one of those days”…hopefully it won’t be for a while though!
