    On a side note, why do you think the turnover rate is so high in the fitness profession? Is that an accountability issue, as well, or something completely unrelated?

    Accountability is key in every aspect of life, it is a contingency for accomplishments. @the fat dad, I would imagine it is directly related to the high turnover rate at gyms. Within any industry without loyal customers business becomes frustrating and overwhelming.

    Nice article. Accountability is probably the biggest aid for people in achieving their fitness goals. So many different motivation/coaching styles in use today, but I find the most common theme is being accountable and not wanting to let someone else down.
