    hi,
I think I have damaged my right shoulder, last week I used heavy dumbbells in decline bench press, I noticed a weird sound when I moved my arm backwards after that day and even some sounds in my neck, I do not have pain, Can I start strengthening of rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers right now? or I should wait?
