Take away the paleo reference and what’s wrong with wanting to eat clean? I feel paleo gets a bad rep because of the Paleolithic idea- I get that it doesn’t hold up but eating clean and less processed foods is much healthier for you! For myself and many I know, it has changed their life. Some do a modified version and it still makes their health improve and allows them to still train hard and see major improvements. We want to be evidence led but not so evidence based that we can’t see possibilities in other things.
