When I Was Young – In this newsletter of mine from a while back, I discuss why I think young athletes are getting injured at such alarming rates nowadays. It draws quite a bit on my own experience as a young athlete “back in the day.”
Dirty Nutrition, Volume 2 – This is the latest installment in Dr. Jonny Bowden’s nutrition Q&A. The stuff on high-fructose alone is fantastic.

Thank you for the recommendation sites. I liked the Dirty Nutrition, Volume 2, very useful.
